Materials & Finishes

MaterialWhat it’s great for
PLA / PLA+ General prototypes, jigs, low-heat enclosures (easy, crisp detail)
PETGFunctional parts needing strength, outdoor use, light chemical resistance
ABS / ASAHeat resistance, vapor smoothing, outdoor durability (ASA)
TPU (flex)Gaskets, bumpers, grips (shore 95A typical)

Need something specific? Ask about nylon, CF-filled, or specialty filaments for advanced use cases.

Typical Finishes

  • Standard: de-string, deburr, and light surface clean-up
  • Premium: seam control, oriented top surfaces, tighter QC
  • Vapor-smooth (ABS) and paint-ready options on request
  • Threaded brass inserts (heat-set) and simple sub-assemblies

Process, Tolerances & Quality

How We Work

  1. Quote: send STL/STEP with qty, material, and deadline
  2. DFM pass: we flag risks and offer fast recommendations
  3. Print & QC: controlled environment and locked profiles
  4. Finish: deburr, inserts, labeling, or packaging as needed
  5. Ship/Pickup: tracked shipping or local handoff

Tolerances

Typical FDM dimensional accuracy: ±0.15 mm or ±0.2%, whichever is greater. Hole sizing and press-fits are tuned per material and orientation.
