Materials & Finishes
| Material | What it’s great for |
|---|---|
| PLA / PLA+ | General prototypes, jigs, low-heat enclosures (easy, crisp detail) |
| PETG | Functional parts needing strength, outdoor use, light chemical resistance |
| ABS / ASA | Heat resistance, vapor smoothing, outdoor durability (ASA) |
| TPU (flex) | Gaskets, bumpers, grips (shore 95A typical) |
Need something specific? Ask about nylon, CF-filled, or specialty filaments for advanced use cases.
Typical Finishes
- Standard: de-string, deburr, and light surface clean-up
- Premium: seam control, oriented top surfaces, tighter QC
- Vapor-smooth (ABS) and paint-ready options on request
- Threaded brass inserts (heat-set) and simple sub-assemblies
Process, Tolerances & Quality
How We Work
- Quote: send STL/STEP with qty, material, and deadline
- DFM pass: we flag risks and offer fast recommendations
- Print & QC: controlled environment and locked profiles
- Finish: deburr, inserts, labeling, or packaging as needed
